A lot of things on my list were not received and the quality of some things were not up to par. I don’t think I will use them again. I was not called To check about substitutions and I did not authorize some of them.
They also charged my credit card without permission and I could not find a place to cancel it. I WANT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. I don’t want to except the terms and conditions because I want to cancel this.
It's a joke instacart shopper at King Soopers on Centennial running through store no face covering saying I'm just shopping for instacart that don't matter to me where's your face covering instacart has no morals Shoppers choose them rather than going in the store and the people shopping for them don't even care so save your money they're a joke so are there shoppers

If I could give negative stars I would. Instacart basically does nothing to try to make up for mistakes on your order. For instance, the shopper today delivered to the wrong address. The text back from driver when I said that my order wasn't at my door was, "I took a picture and delivered it to the right address". I asked for them to check address and then there was no response. Called customer service and they said they'd have to ask another shopper to redo order as Covid precaution and then they would deliver it later. The customer service guy didn't say when they would deliver, so I had to ask. He then tells me not until tomorrow. Ridiculous.
Last time I ordered the shopper covered everything in all my bags with flour. He was a kind of rude in our texts and I had a bad feeling like he was going to mess with my order. Then when the 4 bags arrive, surprise- there's flour covering the groceries in all of the bags. A lot of flour. I had to wipe down and wash my groceries. I let Instacart know and received zero response. Hmmm- what a shocker.
I agree with the other negative reviews and I'm sure their shoppers scam people for more money. The customer service needs better training and guess what? They have the supervisors call you. You can't directly speak with a manager. How convenient for Instacart.
Instacart is amazing in theory. I’ve had many good deliveries and all of the shoppers have been kind. However, I’ve had so many times that one or two items are missing, even after it shows that they were located in the store, that it’s become frustrating. I end up having to go to the store myself anyway because of the missing items. I understand if items are unavailable or replacements are made, but when it appears that they should be in the bag and items have been paid for, it’s a hassle. I don’t know if shoppers are shopping for multiple people at a time and mixing up groceries, or if vehicles are not being checked for items that have fallen out. If I have to go myself 50% of the time, Instacart loses its value. Customer service is responsive and immediately helpful with refunds, but it doesn’t solve the problem of having to shop anyway.

Instacart is meant to save time and stress for me. With chronic Illness going to the store during the pandemic made me nervous. I have had a number of instances where items were missing upon delivery or very bad and not edible. Often instacart would refund me those items but most recently they were having me go through a lot to try to get a refund which just took up more time and caused me more stress. It would have been less time and easier to just go to the store! An addition when things have been missing from my order they made me place a whole new order and meet the minimum order requirements to get the item that I needed that was missing which is RIDICULOUS!!!!! The idea is great but too many issues.
It's impossible to place an order on the website. Each time I am met with a cancellation and a request to prove my identity. The amount of information needed to get back into an account seems sketchy (ID ****AND**** credit card needed to verify my identity? Never ever heard of this.) It's just simply upsetting that this seems to happen every time I try and use instacart. I've rarely ever been able to successfully place an order. And customer service tells me it could take up to 48 hours to review the issue. Extremely slow and irritating.
I ordered diet cream soda in 12 oz cans. The stopper saw they were out and because of my past orders they brought me diet seven up.. 2 ltr. Bottles. The charged me $3.69 for the seven up and charged me for the total service fees.. That made this order $15.69 for two 2 liter bottle old diet 7 up... I reported the problem and instacart reiemburced me the $3.69 only.. They kept the $12.00 service fees. There is no phone number to call them and they won't let me write anymore about this error... No phone number to call anyone to correct this.. Never again.
Wow thought this was a great deal being unable to get around temporarily! Then the receipt showed I payed over 25 dollars with their elaborate prices! Never again! I think they own door dash! Same concept! Plus a delivery charge and tip! Bye bye
I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I used instacart for my Costco order. It was an unsatisfactory experience from start to finish. When I followed up delivery problems with a call to Instacart I was given the runaround and eventually an unsatisfactory resolution.
New user, new order, well meaning delivery person got lost and tried to message me. Instacart gave me no notifications of any kind; I didn't find out until I clicked the little "chat with your delivery person" button, saw the messages, started to reply, and they promptly canceled.
Instacart refunded my order, but charged me a $15 late fee. Yikes, think I'm not using this one again.
OVER CHARGED ON EVERY ITEM! Such a scam and they tried to tell me I added up the cost wrong. Untrustworthy company. They are trying to steal your money.
The prices are too high compared to stores and the app and the website are not created with the consumer in mind. The shoppers constantly get weight vs item number mixed up and it is because the app doesn't show the clear difference. I constantly will get 10 POUNDS of an item instead of 10 items. Oftentimes the shoppers will claim one item is not in stock and will try to get you to pay extra so their tip goes up. With Instacart you get "convenience" of groceries at your door with the experience of getting scammed at every step of ordering.
Was promised a refund for a $40 gift card I purchased for my boyfriend who is housebound with COVID. He informed me he doesn't use Instacart (no I see why) and I tried to cancel the gift card I purchased. I was told this would be NO problem as long as I contacted customer service via email and explained the situation... so I did
After being promised a refund, spending hours on the phone with representative and emailing customer service, and bring promised a full refund by 2 representatives, I am now being told they "don't do refunds." Sad that they are trying to scam people out of their own money during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Do yourselves a favor and pay for services that actually care about their customers and willing to work FOR and WITH you, not against you.

Yes, I think they are scam artist. No integrity, in our business if we don't delivery the full order, we don't charge the customer for it. Basically they are stealing from people.

Well, this is almost two weeks old so you probably don't need an answer. I just used them once a couple of days ago and after much searching, it appears there is no way to contact them. They made a $50 error on my order and I am going to have to eat the cost. I sent a reply when they emailed me to rate my driver. They credited me $17 on my next order for the items I paid for and didn't get but I will never do business with them again. They didn't give me a refund! They charged me the amount in my cart, not the amount actually spent in the store! Thankfully I have the receipt. I'm calling my bank to dispute the charges.

No instacart does not come with an hourly guarantee if you receive no orders during the time you work you will not be compensated for your time.

I have no idea but I did get a partial refund. I have no idea if you can get a full refund or not. But I planned it call tomorrow and find out
